If you have telnet then I can get you to fastboot mode which means remote loading is possible, thus downgrading is possible. edit: let me be more clear... do you have root or just telnet? if you have $ or # that is good it is root, if you have only AT commands via telnet with no AT!OPENMEP? working ...
