Re: AT&T unlimited hotspot

Oh nice, I did not know this but I'll check it out. I'm new to this world of cellular hotspot/Internet.

AT&T unlimited hotspot

Is AT&T still a viable option for unlimited hotspot using TTL/IMEI mods? Any direction on which plan to purchase?

I'm on VZ right now and it's pretty good but I do get throttled after what must be 50GB. The problem with VZ and that the network in my area is saturated and I get 10Mbps on 5G. On my ...

Re: Orbi 5G (NBR750, NBK752) How-To / Megathread

I may try out doing some channel locking but have to re-deploy this sim card tomorrow so I may not get to it.

I gave up on the Orbi and went with the GL-X3000. I also switched to a Visible SIM, but the configuration should be the same. I blocked band 66 and band 2 on 4G side and I have ...

Re: Orbi 5G (NBR750, NBK752) How-To / Megathread

If anyone has had success getting the NBR750 to work with a Verizon unlimited tablet SIM, if you don't mind, please give an idea of what steps you followed to do this. I've tried every combination of steps, TTLs, IMEI, APNs, etc and I can't get to the Internet. I get an IP and everything looks great ...

Re: Orbi 5G (NBR750, NBK752) How-To / Megathread

I can validate it works quite happily on Visible. When I first fired it up it exhibited the behaviors others have noted where it kept changing channels and disconnecting / reconnecting to the network. After a couple of hours it stabilized and has been working well since.

Interesting. Does it go ...

Re: Orbi 5G (NBR750, NBK752) How-To / Megathread

Also, for those of you who had trouble getting wifi disabled, there's an easy fix. In your /etc/rc.local where you call your wifi_down script or whatever you called it, you need to add the "&" at the end of the line, otherwise the sleep line in the script won't do anything, it will simply wait until ...

Re: Orbi 5G (NBR750, NBK752) How-To / Megathread

For the life of me, I can't get my 5G Verizon SIM working with NBR750. I've made the IMEI modification, and I'm using the same TTL that works fine in my LBR20 and MR5200. I've been able to get both of those devices working with a TTL/HL of 64. On the NBR750, it will join the network, then get ...

Verizon on Orbi AX4200 (NBR750)

Has anyone had any luck getting an Orbi NBR750 (or any Orbi for that matter) to run on a Verizon SIM? I have a SIM from an unlimited tablet account, I think I pay $10-20 a month.

I did the IMEI magic on the Orbi and I have tried setting the TTL to every value you can imagine, inluding 64 and 65 ...
