Wiredly enough it's able to still attach to the network but just fails to connect to the APN..

Re: Goldenorb MC7455 QMI Mode
Same here, Its becasue the QMI interface does not support 464xlat networking.Didneywhorl wrote: Mon Jun 21, 2021 6:08 pm I've found that QMI doesn't do well for me on Verizon nor T-mobile. I just default to MBIM for everything now.

Re: SOLVED: I'm stuck. Mobile Citizen T-Mobile SIM video throttling on RM502Q-AE, but not on hotspot
If it helps,
In my Goldenorb router when I would connect the dynamic interface (464xlat) it would create would not have the TTL Settings applied.
I had to manually go to create a IPV4 and IPV6 iptables rule to apply to that 464xlat interface.
Once I did that, I was completely unthrottled.

Re: Tmobile is cracking down on data usage ?
I'm having the same problem but I'm tethering direct to my laptop and my regedit settings for ipv4/6 are set for defaultTTL to 65....
Tmo sent me sms saying I was 80% of my hotspot... Just to see, I checked my ping results just tethering, it was giving me a 114TTL instead of the 65 it was ...

Re: Qucetel RM502-AE with TMobile 5G SA & NSA fix
I fold. Spent all weeekend on trying to get my WRT32X and RM502Q-AE in USB sled working with no luck. I have literally tried everything I can think of and still have ICMP or connection without internet issues. Seems I'm the only one that still posting on this so I guess I may have some type of ...

Re: Tmobile is cracking down on data usage ?
Looking back to the IP/subnet part of things. Pretty sure it has something to do with it and I have no idea what factors decide which you get.
I have 3 lines which all receive ipv4 and ipv6 addresses. Here are the ip/subnet of the 2 working lines with no issues:
100.96.xxx.xxx/30
100.97.xxx.xxx ...

Re: Tmobile is cracking down on data usage ?
I think the fact that they are supposedly dropping support for ICMP on the ipv4 side of things is causing all kinds of issues. I thought it was just me but found several threads on their support forums that indicate this. Several owners of the 5G home internet gateway were complaining. I have ...

mtl26637 and Didneywhorl,
Funny you guys say that, because that's the same modem that I have that I too had to lock it to 4g inorder to get the data to work.
I and I had to fall back on my Phone hotspot but even then my work VPN and my connections via anydesk and icmp pings keep dropping like a mf ...

Re: Tmobile is cracking down on data usage ?
If they updated anything on your tower, you might actually just have a tower issue. I'd called t-force and let them know your phone is dropping out off the tower constantly.
Here is the thing, It only drops as soon as I connect my laptop via hotspot.
Mind you, I have the (DUN) on APN and also ...

Tmobile is cracking down on data usage ?
Hey Guys,
I recently had some serious network drops recently, and I figured out that Tmobile is seriously upp'ed their game on network hot-spotting detection.
For the past few days after the announcement of 5G SA, my hotspot service is no longer maintains a constant connection,
