Beware that if you order a Cudy 5G P5 router at the moment you may receive an inferior X55 modem and not the X62 that is advertised.
I've attached the advertisment, noting an X62.
Here's the response from Cudy support.
Sorry for the late reply. The P5 had changed the module in 2023 and at the ...

Cudy 5G NR AX3000 - Cellular speed tests
att-5g-cudy-vs-iphone.PNG Hi All,
Initial speed testing with my new Cudy 5G NR AX3000 are a little disappointing compared to an iPhone 12 in the exact same location using the same SIM card.
I took the AT&T nano SIM card out of my iPhone 12 and put it into the Cudy which is sitting on my desk ...

Actually, maybe I just need to have the MR1100 unlocked from AT&T ?
How or who do I contact to do that?
Thanks

Re: How can I tell if my MR1100 will take a TMobile SIM?
Hi parkercs,
Thanks for the info. Since this is a company provided hotspot, I don't think it's wise for me to mess with the firmware.
Can you recommend any other options, perhaps there's another hotspot that I should purchase, or maybe even another nighthawk?
Thanks

How can I tell if my MR1100 will take a TMobile SIM?
Hi,
i have an MR110 SKU 6420B. It's running AT&T branded software, with an AT&T sim currently, in the US.
I want to take this on vacation in Europe, and the coverage where I am going is T Mobile only.
Can I use a T Mobile sim in this unit, how can I check?
Thankyou
Genki
