I am having the same problem. I screwed something up on my device and I am not sure how to fix it. I am using a T-Mobile sim. I tried doing a flash on my system and it removed all settings from the device. The gentleman that gave me the device is doing his best to get me back up and running but it ...

Thank you for your response. I was able to get it fixed. Not it is constantly dropping internet connection. Always something lol

I tried the steps setting the ip address holding the reset, etc but I get an error message when I try logging in to the device. I tried updating the device I have by flashing the new firmware. I did a backup (just in case). The new firmware had worked but it lost all the settings that were there ...
