Yes. I just purchased a new cat6 straight cable so the cable itself should be good.
Just received an email back from support and they’re sending me a another injector. So we’ll see if that’s the issue. Thx

EM7411 carrier specific firmware
I notice that the EM7411 has specific firmware versions for att, verizon, etc. What is the advantage of running a specific carrier's firmware instead of the generic firmware? Just trying to understand if it's worth changing from the generic firmware to the att firmware. Thanks.

Also, I checked the voltage coming across the cat6 (blue/blue white and brown/brown white wires I believe) with my multimeter and get 58.
