I had a somewhat similar problem on a WG3526 using Visible. Connected fine, speeds were good but couldn't access certain sites. Tried reflashing several different versions of GoldenOrb, issue persisted. Finally flashed version GO2021-07-07 and it cleared up the trouble.
Maybe an older version of ...

WG3526 and GoldenOrb Settings
I have two WG3526s and one Visible SIM. I have noted this puzzling behavior on both devices.
When using the stock Chinese firmware, I cannot hold a steady connection longer than 3-4 minutes before it drops. When it is working, I can access any website from any device without issue.

Re: Changing TTL with a Scheduled Task
I was going to do something similar but have the TTL 64 on the even hour and 65 on the odd hour. I've tested this manually now need to write a scrip to do so.
I saw your previous post and that's actually what inspired me to look into it further. Any way I can contribute to this script? I've ...

Re: Changing TTL with a Scheduled Task
I'm using the latest GoldenOrb and I see in the custom firewall settings that the command below is being run.
#startTTL
iptables -t mangle -I POSTROUTING -o wwan0 -j TTL --ttl-set 64
iptables -t mangle -I PREROUTING -i wwan0 -j TTL --ttl-set 64

Re: Changing TTL with a Scheduled Task
If I could simply automate the task of changing the TTL, I feel as if this wouldn't be an issue.

Re: Wireguard on ROOter?
Note that the TTL setting is the primary thing to avoid the throttle on Visible. A VPN is really just a another level to avoid packet inspection or whatever.
Right, but I've noticed that each time I change it, I am only able to buy myself a few hours of unthrottled speeds. Are you familiar ...

Changing TTL with a Scheduled Task
I'm using Visible and trying to get around their throttling by changing the TTL. Each time I change it, I am able to buy myself a few hours of unthrottled speeds. Is anyone familiar with how to schedule a task so that the TTL value will change for example every hour?

Re: Wireguard on ROOter?
I have wireguard on my WG3526. What are the appropriate settings to route all my traffic through wireguard? I'm trying to get around Visible's 5 up/5 down speedlimit.

Re: Want to use Verizon
Visible is the cheapest and most stressful way to get on Verizon's network - whether it's your "best option" depends on what your parameters are.
What are my options, aside from Visible, for a less stressful path onto Verizon's network? My parameters would include unlimited data and to be ...

Re: Want to use Verizon
I also see that you need to activate a Visible SIM by using an old unlocked phone. After I do that for one device, would I then be able to activate another Visible SIM for use in another device using that same phone and have both devices and SIMs continue to work?

Re: Want to use Verizon
Awesome news about the Quectel compatability! Is Visible going to be my best option as far as getting on Verizon's network?

Re: Want to use Verizon
I'm using a WG3526 with a Quectel EP06. I'd like to stick with this router, but I'm definitely willing to buy a different modem for this unit. If that isn't possible what are some known router and modem combos that work with Visible or another Verizon carrier?

Want to use Verizon
Hi gents, i currently have a wg3526 running on AT&T that works pretty well. However, the Verizon coverage in my area is much better. What's the easiest way to get this unit running Verizon? I see others have mentioned Visible, but I am concerned with the 5mbps speed cap.
