MOFI 4500 Timed out

I have a MOFI4500 V3 and I use Visible. It was working great for about 2 months. Last week I went into check status and since then it won't work. I've ordered a new SIM card, tried to reboot without success. I now can't even get into the router's management page to do anything, it just takes forever ...
