It can be done but at least the way I did it needs to be reformed, I added a single band to MR6110 for a friend not long ago it took all day to make it work properly, I think they are going to post a video of it using a non included band.

You can try it but be warned loading cross platform can be dangerous and leave your device in an inconsistent state and not booting or booting and no service possible. you should make sure you have proper recovery images in case things go south

No this does not unlock the device, that is a different process, repairing the imei is to allow the user to use a non-hotspot (phone or tablet) plan as those are very expensive plans.

No inseego factory firms have several integrity checks they do before they load, so it would error out unless you made your own firm to load to it via fastboot

You are trying to write the ipv4 ip? that gets assigned, I think the only way to do that is to hard code it via either root console or adb port, do you have it rooted, that device is a pain to root.

Re: MR6450 with all worldwide bands?
No sorry, I stopped working on that as I do not have a MR6xxx device anymore to continue the work, and to downgrade the only safe way to load across platforms is by custom file loaded via fastboot to the non secure parts only. trying to load the secure parts will only end in brick.

Re: FRANKLIN T9 AKA R717 HOTSPOT THREAD
I enabled the ports then just erased sbl and it will be stuck in 9008 mode but fair warning if you do that you will need to
reload at least the sbl after sending a proper loader to it or it will never come out of 9008 mode and boot back up.
Or there is a testpoint for this one, one that goes to ...

Re: MR6110 Boot looping
You should prob start your own thread, you might be needing 2 of them, one for how to recover it if you keep trying to load off platform firmware to your device, this is very risky especially if you are doing it repetitively.

No it is not down, it is under construction and I only except pre arranged calls, or else text only on my skype. the answer to your question is in the forum, it gets asked about 20 times a day and I cannot keep answering the same redundant question over and over and over.

In this case you need to reload the system of course which means you will need system.ubi file to do it and load it the same way via fastboot.
