Does anyone know how my modem can say I'm on band n38 when I have T-Mobile service in Central Texas? Looks like n38 isn't a T-Mobile band nor any other US carrier.

I'm running the firmware labeled "WG1608-GO2021-02-20-1867.zip". Modem is an RM500Q-AE. I've seen some other posts out there with similar errors, but I haven't found a fix yet.
