Looking at trouble shooting my EM20-G frequent disconnects. I have replaced my aux power cable to my USB adapter, and plugged in to a separate power supply away from my R7800 router, maybe that will help.
In addition, I have located the Quectel Qflash app and firmware. But I’m having trouble with ...

Re: Setup for sprint
I have been using the EM06-A with Sprint for a little over a month now. It has been working great, very stable. I am using it in a WE826-T2 router with the WiFIX version of GoldenORB.
I have not gotten band 41 to work but I think that has more to do with my location and antenna setup then ...

Re: Setup for sprint
I am not aware of anyone who has tested the EM06 on Sprint, but it does have the bands for Sprint and I see no reason why it would not work. The EM12-G and EM20-G both work rather well with Sprint.
As for your R7800/EM20 with the USB3 to M.2 adapter enclosure, you may try adding a second cable to ...

Re: Are Sprint sim cards device locked?
BillA, I see here where you mentioned updating the firmware on the EM06, any chance you have info on how to update the firmware on the EM20. I have asked here an over on rooter for help with windows drivers an web site for firmware, but I never got any replies. Thanks.

Setup for sprint
I’m looking at setting up a device for using sprint service. Does the EM06 work right out of the box on sprint or does this need to be provisioned in order to work? From what I can see it looks like sprint uses bands 41, 25 and 26, which if I am reading correctly is supported on this modem. I was ...

Re: EM20-G Build
I’m using it full time right now. Seems to be working well. I have only seen 3 band CA at a time. I did have to power the optional power port to keep it running smoothly. Also noticed some buffering while on wifi while streaming, but no issue with it hard wired. There may be some WiFi tweaks that ...

Thanks for the help I will try that. FYI, I was trying to start it with only two antennas connected, I guessed wrong on which two, once I connect the right antenna, it booted fine. Thanks again.

Thanks for replying. Well, I did not make it all the way there. I was able to flash the Netgear R7800 with the flash you provided, thanks again. I was able to change the connection profile to “broadband” like I have used in the nighthawk m1 and the GL-X750. After reboot I go to Modem , Network ...

Re: em7455 seems stuck on LTE B2
I don’t have band 71, so I don’t know where it’s hex decimal goes but for my m1 to get 2+4+12+66 here is what I used
AT!band=06,”LTE B2+B4+B12+B66”,0,80a,2
It’s probably just an issue, but I can’t add more than 9 lines, so I can’t use the line 10 like you have.

AT!band=? Gives current band index
And like you mentioned AT!gstatus?
I could not get anything with AT!LTECA? Either

It won’t lock by itself unless you have edited it to do so, as far as I know. But I was trying to say that is what mine said when I was getting no signal at all. If you have taken it to where you know you have good signal, then I don’t know anything else to suggest.

The only time I saw that message was when I had it band locked to a band with no signal. I removed the band lock and rebooted and it connected fine. I hope that is your problem as well.

Have you checked for interference for the channel your using? I know interference can cause it to drop our and lose connection.
