Just the r850 hotspot that came with the sim card. I had it back in the hotspot a week or so ago to check the apn settings and it works great in the hotspot.

So the system log screen only shows a recent snippet - is there a way to see a more comprehensive system log? Or a way to set it up so that the system log updates a txt file or something?

What will it say when it is in low power mode? I have done the at!gstatus? command when I lose connection and it does not look any different. Here is when I have good connection:

I tried the experiment and it doesn't seem to have made it more stable. I'm not sure if the code looks any different.

Hi Jim, I reflashed the firmware back to 12_17 and it seems to be working better. It is still dropping pretty often though. This is strange to me though: I can play Rocket League for hours at a time and I don't get disconnected.(Yes, I'm a grown ass man who plays rocket league for hours at a time ...

I did a hard reset, reinstalled the OEM firmware, then flashed the new firmware making sure that the "save settings" box was unchecked. I'm still getting the same result, the disconnects are happening more and more often - every 5-15 minutes now.

I looked in modem--> connection profile and it says "r.ispsn". Does the network information look appropriate?

Ok, thanks for your help. There isn't a USB cable plugged into the modem & this is the non-poe version of the WG3526.

Ok, I reset the router, removed the sim card (cleaned it with alcohol wipe), and installed the latest Wifix firmware. I've noticed there are three different guides on the installation process:

I flashed the router using the newer Wifix a little bit ago and haven't had any issues yet. I'll give an update later on in the day. Thanks for your help.
