Re: Recommend antenna for AT&T Netgear Nighthawk Hotspot?
How about these? I live out in the woods so I'm not worried about appearances. I actually have an old DirecTV satellite dish mounted to my chimney that I plan to remove and use to mount the mast. I'm thinking of mounting two of them, each pointing at their respective closest towers spaced 3' apart ...

Recommend antenna for AT&T Netgear Nighthawk Hotspot?
There are a lot of options out there so its hard to know what to pick. I am in a heavily wooded area with no line of site to any towers. I have four towers within a three mile radius all in different directions. Two of the towers broadcast band 14 but I am told that the Nighthawk supports carrier ...

AT&T wasn't doing all that great around 6:00 p.m. as I was getting 10mbps down/1.5mbps up max with a -98 dB signal. However, I ...

Re: Rural Internet For Dummies - MOFI4500 + TMobile?
You could try and see if T-Mob's rural home internet is available to you. https://www.t-mobile.com/isp although I don't think it would provide all you want. Although your DSL is at 10mb it might be the only workable option for such high data demands of work and schooling. Trying to accomplish all ...

Rural Internet For Dummies - MOFI4500 + TMobile?
It seems like there are a lot of threads like this popping up lately but the two others I read through seem to be started by folks who know a lot more about this stuff than me. I am just getting into this stuff and trying to understand it all. My wife and I will both be working from home in some ...
