Same issue here, we826, latest goldenorb, 1mar20 em7455 (fw swi9x30c-2.24.05.06) ( awaiting usb adapter to update), ATT 3 month prepaid SIM, (sim works perfect in samsung phone). Followed the great tutorials here, modem connects to att, get band 2, decent signal levels, 10.xxx IP etc, NO Internet ...
