justchillin, If you can do t-mobile, check out their magenta plan, with some custom TTL values, you can use that SIM, or if you want to pay for the data you can get the magenta+ or Global plus plans for LTE hotspot data. After looking into the cell tower coverage I should be able to do t-mobile ...

Both a modem's CAT# and antenna/signal are imports, but a higher CAT# modem can definitely do some magic even with weaker signals using CA (Carrier Aggregation).
