Check both your parents and your address.
The unit not locked with the address just need the device then could move it.

Switched from one t mobile reseller to a different one. Went from ATTHotspot to RV4G. Atthotspot now looks to be selling t mobile again. No issues before, so thinking it is the reseller. Anyone have any experience with them. My parents live in rural area and used to be with ATTHotspot before they discontinued T-Mobile plans recently. Switched to RV-4G, and the mofi is dropping the connection every 3-4 hours. Never did this with the old provider.

I have a MOFI4500-4GXeLTE-V2. The MTU value on the general network page is set to 1400 out of box, however the MTU and MSS are set to automatic on the internal modem page, as depicted in the first attachment.
