I have the same issue. Mofi 4500 and Verizon with unlimitedtogo.
When I spoke to support they said it was a nationwide outage for verizon for this particular service?
They said it could be 3 days or 3 months.
I ordered a tmobile sim to try out.
You can also call them and they will refund you any ...
