The mobile hotspot I'm using is a Franklin R910. I tried both of the APNs and I've no luck with that either, I'm super disappointed! Is this the page you're looking for?

I did use the most current version of the software, maybe that's my issue. Do you have a link to the other firmware by chance? I looked around for it but I couldn't seem to find the same firmware you used. Give me a few minutes to post the images. Thanks so much for the help, I appreciate it!

I'm using Sprint's APN, r.ispsn. I checked that on my hotspot and it's using the same APN.
