Re: T-Mobile seems to be throttling connection
Posting another update. Called T-Mobile again today as my connection has never improved. The woman on the phone said T-Mobile is upgrading their network but if I am showing any bars and LTE then I am getting their high speed network access. Was told If my connection seems slow then it's probably my ...

Re: T-Mobile seems to be throttling connection
Here's another update. Nothing has improved since last week. I called T-Mobile back for an update just now. The guy started asking what I was doing that made me think I had a speed issue as opposed to phone hardware issue. Couldn't get him to answer what the update was to being told the last time ...

Re: T-Mobile seems to be throttling connection
Ok. I have an update finally. I removed the SIM and tested my connection with the phone I used to authorize the SIM and I get the same speed results. Fluctuating between .5 - 1 Mbps. I called customer service and they told me it's a known issue that has been ongoing for the last three days. However ...

Re: T-Mobile seems to be throttling connection
I did and it's barley over 40GB I've been averaging between 200 - 250 GM per month. I have restarted it but haven't pulled out the sim card yet and tried it in a phone as I have to take the thing apart with the WE1026 to get at it. But that will eb my next step.

T-Mobile seems to be throttling connection
Has anyone else on T-Mobile Simply Prepaid Unlimited Plus plan suddenly getting throttled? Is there anything else I should be doing to verify ...

I'm running a WE1026-5G LTE Router Dual Band WiFi 2.5GHz | 5GHz router with a Quectel EM20-G CAT20 M.2 Modem. About 4 weeks ago it would occasionally say connected, no internet and I could still open a browser and get the router. Didn't matter if i left it alone for hours or days. It would not ...

Re: Setting up my SIM for T-Mobile
Settings within the router/modem definitely aren't right. Router can't seem to pull certain info from the modem and the modem might not be always coming up consistently too.

Can anyone help me check or verify the router/modem settings? Also I still need to apparently finish by going online with T-Mobile to ...

Re: PSA: AT&T Doing away with $35 iPad Unlimited.

It automatically adds a 3-in-1 SIM Starter Kit. Do I need to be aware of anything else before ...

Thank you both for the feedback. I'll get an order out tomorrow. I couldn't tell from the description for the router if it came with a power supply or if I had to order it separately.

Modem for WE1026-5G
So I'm looking to pair a modem with the WE1026-5G router. While the router shows a max download capable of 900Mbps the only modem surpassing that is the Quectel EM20-G card vs the Sierra Wireless EM7565 that tops out at 600Mbps. I understand the signal is the overriding factor of capability but all ...

Re: WE826 & WE1026
I did find several posts about changing the TTL on the NIghthawk through a command prompt but short of that what about the WE1026 unit as an alternative to the WE826?
Thanks
