Re: T-Mobile SIM Going to Fail?
Well, I'm going to possibly answer my own question. I looked up the Magenta Tablet plan on T-Mobile's website, and this is what it says in the fine print: Tethering: Tethering at max 3G speeds. For the small fraction of customers using >50GB/mo., majority of data usage must be on tablet. Tablet ...

Re: T-Mobile SIM Going to Fail?
That is exactly what I'm saying. I was perfectly upfront about what I wanted to do. I even asked the guy if he wanted the IMEI number of my modem. He said he didn't need it. Oops, wait, that is not right. He is sending me a SIM for a separate data plan that is not the home internet plan. Looking at ...

T-Mobile SIM Going to Fail?
Hi, this is going to be a long story, so bear with me. I live in the country and put together a WE826-T2 with an EM7565 to use on a third-party Verizon plan. That plan went away, and Verizon wouldn't sell me anything for home internet. I tried buying a Verizon phone plan with USB tethering, but I ...

Re: SIM Solution, 100GB, 5G, T-Mobile, $50
I'm looking at T-Mobile right now, and they're offering a no data-cap or throttling plan also for $50 in some areas. It's a little confusing, because if you look for their mobile hotspot plans, they are capped at 100GB. But if you look at their home internet, it says there is no cap. Maybe it's ...

WE826-T2/EM7565 CAT-12 and T Mobile Quick Question
I have a WE826-T2 with an EM7565 CAT-12 modem. I was using a Verizon card, but that service is going away, and no other Verizon service is available (the towers are full). Will this setup work with a T-Mobile SIM if I adjust the AT commands and get a T Mobile plan?

How Do You Disable WiFi on a WE826-T2
I have a WE826-T2 with an EM7565 CAT-12 modem. It keeps dropping connectivity, and I've searched for and read many suggestions on ways to improve stability. I purchased a better power supply, and that didn't help, so my next step is to try a separate router. So how do I disable the WiFi on the WE826 ...

Re: Preparing for Antenna Build Questions
Thanks, Jim! I saw those and will possibly go with them. Seems like a more complicated project for a noob like me. Just to make sure I would benefit, check out my stats. I don't know what any of it means except the temperature :-) (okay, I know a little more than that, but not much) at!gstatus ...

Re: Preparing for Antenna Build Questions
That antenna is optimized for Sprint Band 41 and will not work for Verizon. This one would cover Verizon and most carriers. https://thewirelesshaven.com/shop/antennas/4g-lte-antennas/mimo-directional/700-2700mhz-wifi-4g-lte-8dbi-directional-mimo-antenna-%c2%b1-45-rj45/ Wow, glad I asked! Thank you ...

Preparing for Antenna Build Questions
Hey, guys, love the site ... tons of great info! I have an EM7565 in a WE826-T2 on a Verizon network and am ready to make the leap to an outdoor antenna. I have examined the tutorial, but I want to make sure I'm ordering the correct items before I click "buy." Is this a correct antenna/housing?: SKU ...

Headphone Interference
Hi, Guys: I know the store is closed, but I was wondering if I could get some help with what I hope is a simple issue. I have a WE826-T2 with a EM7565 modem. Everything was working wonderfully until suddenly it started kicking me off the internet every 5 minutes or so. I did some hard thinking and ...
