Yes, I flashed WE826 v2 with vanilla OpenWRT and ROOter without any problems. Always wanted to try WiFiX but it seems this firmware should not be installed on a non The Wireless Haven hardware due to legal reasons.Ozark wrote: Fri Dec 17, 2021 3:28 pm Would there be any harm in trying to flash WIFIX NEXQ6GO or OpenWRT instead?

Hello,
This is the website to check available band combinations for aggregation for your modem:
https://cacombos.com
Search for your device, choose the primary band and examine what bands are (must supported by the tower) available for aggregation, lock to those bands.

Hello,
I dont know if it still matters but both interfaces use devices with the same MAC address - I believe this is wrong since MAC addresses for all devices must be unique.

I might be wrong here but I think there is another way - to enable passthrough mode (I dont use it myself since I dont need it), the link contains the necessary info.

heartbeating and am really glad I did not get the MOFI.
For one, if MOFI continues to do this, segregating MOFI traffic by an ISP will be trivial.
It seems extremely short sighted on their part at best and planned obsolescence at worst.
Let me respectfully disagree with you. Have you seen what ...

I thing there is a simpler approach how to troubleshoot the problem since other users also had similar issues (impossible to connect to the Honeywell external server) -in the past. Check the following link to see if it helps:

Pretty sure the ip passthrough is actually the cause.
when ip passthrough is ON then the external IP is passed to the device connected the _specific LAN port:
