Re: Vertify what I'm Finding
The Visible service, which uses Verizon towers, has a SIM only plan. Its month to month and $25 after their Party Plan discount.
That discount is super simple as you have no commitments or strings with the other folks in your Party.

Seems that link is dead. Any other options?Factor wrote: Fri Jan 31, 2020 4:19 pm Thanks Bill
I think I have what I need. I filled out a Survey here https://thewirelesshaven.com/internet-service/
and they got me all straight. Great service.
Thanks to Jim and Jessica.

Gave that search a try but came up empty.
Since Mobley is an ATT hotspot product maybe a standard ATT APN would work?
Any thoughts?

Re: Help an idiot with a not working MoFi 4500
If you still have the old ATT tablet/iPad plan make sure the APN is set to "broadband" or alternatively "nxtgenphone".
There are lots of reports online that ATT is clamping down big time on router usage especially on their newer $65/$75 prepaid plans. As an alternative, you may want to choose ...

Re: Affordable Alternative to ATT iPad?
Bill, with the router I have (850) from Jim will the Visible work without updating its software or
having to do other configurations? Those type of changes are currently over my head.
Guess I'm looking for a plug and play option.

I am thinking about signing up for the 'unlimited' Vision data sim. Don't care if its pre or post paid, have good credit.
Are there any requirements to sign up? Don't game so long ping times not an issue for me.
Can anyone comment on its usage in their Cradlepoing CBA850LP6?

I followed instruction on this link. Instead of fast.t-mobile.com I used VSBLINTERNET.

I too would like details on configuring the Visible sim with my 850LP6.

I have two of the AD 1DP727L15 NF panel antennas. They are on the desk inside the house, not yet aimed.
I think the tower is less than half a mile here in 95926

Jim, thanks for getting back with me. Where do I find the steps you mention, is that in NetCloud?
Secondly, how do I attach screen shots?
Really appreciate the help!

Have CBA 850LP6 with two panel antennas from The Wireless Haven and LMR200 cables. Can't seem to connect to TMobile.
Router is showing good signal (CloudNet shows connecting, but fails) APN shows fast.t-mobile.com
What other info can I provide to diagnose this?
How might I proceed?

Re: Att 65 dollar prepaid not working on wifix
One of the easiest and cheapest ways to find out if you have some service in and around your house, is by simply inviting some friends or relatives over with different carrier phones (ATT, Tmobile, Verizon, and Sprint). Run a quick speed test on their phone, and even if you get less than 10Mbps ...
