Received the EM20 today and installed, adding the additional 2 antennas for the 4X4 MIMO. Powered on and the router/modem connected to cell tower and I now have internet. Getting about double the bandwidth as compared to my S9, signal is pretty weak here, but got up to 12Mbs vs around 4 ...

Apologize for another question, but better to confirm now. Are the pigtails that the EM20 uses the same as the EM7565 (Pigtails: 2 x MHF4 to SMA Female Bulkhead 1.13 Pigtails)?

Well, think that might have identified the issue. The SIM was installed in slot 2 and the switch was down. However, when I went to look at the Main antenna connector port...and re-seat the antenna wires....the connector on the modem came off, guess it was not installed correctly as this is a new ...
