Re: MR1100-1A1NAS AT commands for CA on Bands 12 and 66?

I think I read somewhere that you can't aggregate B66 with anything else (you can create it but CA will ignore B66) so it may never be swapping out of B12. There could be another way and I'd love to hear about it as I've ran into the same problem.

Re: Not sure what to do next here

Hello,
Don't use a booster for data speed. That is a bad idea. Speak from experience no booster. Search this site will find other post saying a booster is bad for home data needs.
Honestly wouldn't go with either one of those antennas. If you are going to get a parabolic antenna like that get one ...

Re: Cable Extension Question

Thanks, this LTE crap is definitely a money pit. Every little lesson costs me $$$$ and of course it is always my fault for not reading and understanding everything. Like they say "A bought lesson is better than a taught lesson"

Re: Mofi 4500, strange yagi antenna results

Well said gscheb!

Speed testing eats a lot of data also can change depending on time of day.
Also the speed test can connect to a different server each time you run the test.
Giving very different results!! I have seen 30Mbps on test then 15Mbps, 5 min later.

Working with antenna setups is an art ...

Re: Affordable Low-loss Coax cable type for outdoor antenna!

Your antenna choices likely will require several adapters as one uses N connectors and the other uses RP-SMA. For cable you need 50 ohm rated. On the low loss side that means LMR-100 up to LMR- 600. On standard cable types that would be RG-58. You can google loss per foot.

If your use case is such ...

Re: MR1100 on ATT Firstnet...very slow compared to my phone

mr1100 like most data devices is throttled and has several watchdog files to control its speed, they can't have you blazing a fast trail in the interwebs on 30 devices now, can they.
Everything these days is about control, control for everything from how you can use your data to how you take a wiz ...
