Using WP3526 with E-12G I was able to successfully lock into band 13 using your spreadsheet which was my best band based on the numbers below. But now It's slower than it was before I band locked on 13. I tried changing it back to the OEM based on the instructions but now I get an "error". I've ...

Correct. When it's 10 or greater, you need to put it in as a hexadecimal number. So 10=A, 11=B, and so on. It's why your default band configuration has letters.

Sorry don't think you can. And in your case with them being the same frequency and same band not sure it it matters or not. I would imagine so if others didn't have problem with it. It's also the reason you are leaking hotspot data.
