Problem solved: Location Services was on on kids computers. Everything is working now.

Been there done that... The problem is the T-mobile service I subscribed to. All of the problems I have had are based on the plan. Simply Unlimited Prepaid did not support my expectations. For a few $more everything is working with a postpaid plan. I hope someone finds my mistakes helpful with ...
