Re: Fibocom L860-GL Antenna setup
Unfortunately trying to make a living has gotten into the way of side projects in my life. I have not had a chance to spend any time on this project. Hope to get back to projects like this in the near future.
Yes indeed. I am sorry to hear of the struggles. I hope you can get back to it soon if ...

Re: Best AT&T Provider
In general expect every US provider to become brokers of LTE data. Voice/text is going LTE too.
As a result, focus on maximizing ROI on LTE investments/BW goes up.
ATT's internal metric this quarter is reaching $13/GB (not roaming which is $120/GB, crazy I know). They are going to try tune all ...

Re: NetGear NightHawk M1 Inside Antenna Ports
I bought some connectors to do this but looked to hard to Solder them on.
This is what I did do which helped getting better connection on the two normal ports. Only issue is solder is very weak if you put pressure on it. So over time they start to get loose. Don't know if I would recommend doing ...

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone in this thread. I've been on Calyx with a very poor connection for the last few years. Re: T-Mobile LTE Recipes?
Well it went out last night. Testing around 0.5 Mbps now. Definitely not unthrottled lol
Lasted a while though on light use. If it really is free for life it would make a great supplemental SIM or regular phone/tablet SIM. I'll have to see how it performs after the month resets.

T-mobile network users - Question for you!
Do your devices (hotspots/modems) now connect to Sprint bands as well? I live in an area where Tmo is lacking severely but Sprint has always been strong. Curious is Tmo is now using Sprint simultaneously and seamlessly or not.

Re: Issues Moving from Verizon Pre to Post Paid
You are getting capped at 5Mbps sometimes and not all the time tells me you are leaking hotspot data. Do your rules look like this https://wirelessjoint.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&p=12134#p12131 with TTL set at 65,66, or 67 instead? You want to ping the router from your PC with a TTL of 65 reply ...

Re: New here, need hotspot, or truly unlimited data help
I don't mean to nitpick but is NoLimitData really a MVNO? My understanding is that the likes of Mint, PagePlus and the carrier owned retailers like Visible and Cricket are MVNOs with agreements with the carriers and I think regulated by the FCC. The resellers seem to be simply reselling plans which ...

Re: [SOLVED!] Losing constant Internet connection on Mofi 4500 (and my mind)
Hey so just reporting back.
First off found out a few things regarding the MTU I reported on earlier, the Sierra modems lock down the MTU of the hardware to 1430 so you will in fact have issues if you specify an MTU over 1430 - meaning you should populate 1430 all the way down the line from your ...

Re: AirMaster 4000D - disconnects for a couple hours but mostly works well
I can confirm as well. Band 41, 25, and 26 in some areas are straight GONE, or neutered. It may come back, but Tmobile is wreaking havoc on the Sprint networks. You should get on Sprints online chat feature for tech support and ask for the status of your tower.
