Correct, well it doesn't matter if the other SSIDs are visible or not if they don't have the password :)

I've literally tried it all. I have many different setups and this problem seems to be related to specifically T-mobile and the RM502Q-AE combination.
Yes over the years sierra and other may have had some issues with connection and no internet but I think those were resolved and this new issue is ...
